What are our hours?

8-8 on the weekdays. 10-6 on the weekends

What insurance is accepted?

We are in network for most major insurances. We take all insurances, but CAUC might not be in network for all of them. Click HERE to see our provider list.

What is the copay policy?

It depends on your insurance’s urgent care copay amount. That’s the amount you will be responsible for upon completion of your visit.

Can Central Arkansas Urgent Care perform X-Rays?

Yes. Each of our locations has an X-Ray machine and qualified personnel.

Are appointments allowed?

An appointment is not needed as we are a walk in clinic.

What’s the difference between PCP and Urgent Care?

Central Arkansas Urgent Care is open after hours and can get you seen immediately.

What is the typical wait time?

There is little to no wait time depending on the number of patients currently at the clinic.

Can kids be seen?

Yes. Kids of all ages can be seen at all Central Arkansas Urgent Care.

Are Medicaid/AR Kids patients being accepted?

Not at the moment. Check back often because the status might change.
